Who are we?

Nicola Adams is a chartered building surveyor and is RICS accredited. Nicola has extensive experience in negotiating complex contractual relationships across a broad range of clients, including private individuals and national corporations.

Eve Building Consultancy is completely independent and will always provide an honest opinion in a professional manner.

Chris Rainbow is a Chartered building surveyor and member of the Association for Project Management.

Chris specialises in professional services, including but not limited to, full commercial and domestic surveys, schedules of condition and negotiations for dilapidations, with a focus on bespoke and comprehensive reporting, often within a short timeframe.

Millie Wood is a graduate surveyor and is working towards her attainment of professional competence with the RICS.

Millie has a strong background in development and design.

Louise Taylor is working towards her attainment of professional competence with the RICS.

Louise has extensive experience in contractual legal negotiations for private and commercial clients with a more recent target emphasis on Landlord and Tenant matters.

On a recent matter, when Louise was acting for the landlord, she received the following comment from the Surveyor acting for the tenant:

"Thank you again to you and all at Eve for your time and persistence throughout what has, understandably, been a long-running negotiation. You've proven to be worthy adversaries, and I've appreciated the professional and constructive tone throughout."

Claire Cooper is the new Office Manager at Eve Building Consultancy Ltd.

With a background in photography, you will see Claire supporting with taking photos of projects.
